Shipping policy

We understand that getting your items in a timely manner is important to you, so we process your order swiftly. Please note that because we make every effort to ship your product as quickly as possible, once the shipping process begins, we are unable to make changes to your order, so please review your order details carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Processing
• Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
• We ship via major carriers including China Post Registered Air Mail, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS. Carrier selection is not available at this time.
• All orders are final once shipped and are not eligible for cancellation. Please ensure all product details, sizing, and shipping information are correct before placing your order.

2. Shipping Rates
• Free standard shipping on orders over $39.
• For orders below the free shipping threshold, shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
• Shipping rates vary by destination and shipping method. Final shipping costs will be shown at checkout.

• Expedited Shipping - Not Available
• Shipping times are estimated and may vary due to weather, customs clearance, holidays, or local carrier conditions.

4. International Shipping 
• International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
• These charges are determined by local authorities and cannot be calculated or collected by RoadStar at checkout.
• International delivery typically falls within our standard 5-20 working days timeframe. Once the package reaches your local postal service, delivery times may vary.

5. Order Tracking
• Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and tracking link.
• Tracking information may take up to one business day to activate.

6. Backordered Items
If an item in your order is out of stock, we will notify you promptly. You may choose to:
• Wait for the item to be restocked
• Select a replacement item
• Cancel the backordered item for a refund

7. Tax Information
• All product prices include applicable sales tax.
• No additional tax will be charged at checkout.
• International orders do not include customs duties or import taxes imposed by the destination country.
