EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you (or a third party you designate) receive the last item of your order. If the withdrawal period ends on a weekend or public holiday, it is extended to the next business day.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at retail@roadstarchina.com before the deadline. Once we receive your returned item in unused, original condition, we will process your refund within 3-7 business days to your original payment method.

Note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to customized products (custom sizes, colors, or prints) or final sale items.

1. Return & Exchange Period
• We offer a 14-day return and exchange service. The return policy begins on the date you receive the product.
• Applicable Scope: This policy applies only to products purchased from the official website roadstarreflective.com.

2. Return & Exchange Process
• Contact Customer Service: Please email retail@roadstarchina.com, attach clear photos of the product issues, and inform us of your reason for return.
• Packaging and Shipping: Properly package the item(s) you wish to return and send them via your local post office or another courier service.
• Processing Time: We will process your return or exchange request within 3-5 business days after receiving the returned product.

1) Return Shipping Fees:
• Roadstar Error: If we make a mistake (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will cover all return shipping costs.
• Customer Choice: For returns due to personal reasons (e.g. wrong size or preference), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
2) Exchange Shipping Fees:
• Customer Responsibility: Customers pay the return shipping for the original product.
• RoadStar Responsibility: We cover the shipping costs for sending the replacement product.
3) Please Note:
• Shipping costs incurred after dispatch remain non-refundable, even for returned orders.

4. Product Condition Requirements
• Inspecting Products: Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours.
• Eligibility for Return: Items must be unused, uncut, undamaged, and in their original intact packaging.
• Non-Returnable Items: Final sale items and free gifts are not eligible for return.
• Customized Products: Customized products (including custom sizes, colors, or prints) are not eligible for return or exchange.

5. Refund Policy
• Refund Confirmation: Once we receive and verify that your returned item is new, unused, and in its original packaging, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 3-7 business days. You will be notified via email once the refund is issued.
• Refund Limitations: Shipping costs and any duties or fees are non-refundable. Once the package has been shipped, additional shipping costs are non-refundable, even if the order is returned. Customers remain responsible for these fees.
